CEO, Founder

Jayne Roberts

I thought it would be nice for you to know a little about me and how Cloud 9 for Life went from a dream to becoming a reality.

I’m Jayne, a mother of one living in North Wales. After a series of difficult life experiences, I decided to re-train so I could support others who are struggling themselves; be it those suffering after difficult life events, or those facing diagnoses that have compromised their quality of life.

So, I began my journey towards becoming a Wellbeing Psychologist, after qualifying as an Integrative Counselling Psychotherapist in 2011. I really wanted to understand human behaviour from the psychological perspective too, so I persisted with my studies and in 2016 qualified with a first-class honours degree in Psychology. I was then equipped to work therapeutically with people in an integrative way.

In addition, my training encompasses several modalities and specialisms, including children and young people, relationships, family and couples therapy, anxiety, stress, self-esteem, disabilities, chronic health conditions, neurodiversity, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and more.

These allow me to offer more specialised and inclusive therapeutic support which can enhance individuals’ experience of therapy. I also qualified with a teaching degree in 2013, as a Therapeutic Supervisor in 2017, as a Rewind Practitioner in 2018, and more recently in 2020 | attained a master’s degree in Applied Psychology.
